Michella Pyle
Senior Digital Retail Specialist Having been with The Niello Company since 2014, Michella celebrates 11 years of employment and over a decade of auto sales experience in 2025. Michella is driven, creative, highly organized, collaborative and a positive individual with experience in sales, finance, reviewing and setting effecting KPIs and can work across many different platforms to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. As the Senior Digital Retail Specialist, she helps both existing and new customers complete online vehicle and product purchases. She also assists The Niello Company with electronic contracting and helps create NielloGO digital media campaigns to enhance business opportunities. Her number one goal is to curate the best buying experience for the customer chasing the perfect online car buying experience. For those not ready for a new ride, she strives to ease the ownership experience of Niello customers with a no pressure to buy, digital showroom of vehicle protection plans. Michella is passionate about her family and being outside. She enjoys hiking, camping, snowboarding, and spending time in general outdoors. She is an avid reader of all genres and loves to spend time in the kitchen cooking and baking for family and friends. Before her career in the auto industry, she graduated as a patisserie chef from Le Cordon Bleu and worked in a Michelin star restaurant/bakery.

Bailey Church
Digital Retail Specialist With nearly a decade of experience in the automotive industry, Bailey has had the opportunity to work with some of the world's most recognizable brands-Volvo, Audi, and Tesla, and even ultra-luxury names like Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, and Bentley.
His career began with the Niello Company here in Sacramento, but he took a few years to explore new challenges in Nashville, TN, gaining valuable experience in different markets and dealership cultures. He also worked for one of the nation's largest dealer software companies, travelling nationwide to implement Dealership CRM systems and training staff.
In his free time, Bailey enjoys golfing, fly-fishing, cooking, and spending time in the great outdoors with family and friends.
Now back in Sacramento, he is proud to be part of The Niello Company and the NielloGo Team, where he gets to combine his passion for cars, technology, and customer service every day. Whether he's helping someone into their first car or dream car, he is going to make sure the customer's needs come first.

In today's fast changing environment, technology continues to play an expanded role in our lives and Sales is no exception. Between tools harnessing the power of AI to communicate with customers on our behalf to mechanisms monitoring shoppers browsing habits to deliver a compelling one-to-one message to get customer engagement, it takes an individual that is not only well-versed in the various Sales tools but also understands the day-to-day sales operations. This includes the intricacies of a car deal required to deliver consistent experience for customers and Sales Professionals. Kristen has an extensive background in Sales. Between climbing the ranks from a Service Cashier to a Sales Professional, to an Internet Sales Manager to a Sales Manager, Kristen has what it takes to support her Sales teams in navigating the trenches of the Sales world. She has expert level knowledge of the CRM, car deal process, and excellent people skills all of which helps to ensure our team is prepared for success.

Dennis Gingrich
Sales and Finance Director Dennis Gingrich's automotive career began early at his father's dealership, Main Street Autos. While studying law at the University of Nevada, Reno, he sold cars at an independent dealership, quickly rising to Finance Manager by age 19. Balancing a fast-growing career and fatherhood, Dennis committed to the retail automotive industry, progressing through roles such as Sales Professional, Finance Manager, Sales Manager, and Finance Director.
In 2012, Dennis joined Zurich North America, driving regional growth by training Sales and Finance teams to maximize PVR and product penetration. His coaching methods became a national benchmark within Zurich. Through this experience, he gained deep expertise in F&I products, services, administration, and reinsurance.
Now, as Sales & Finance Director of The Niello Company and NielloGO since 2020, Dennis leads with a hands-on, results-driven approach. Dennis believes the people that support the retail automotive community should have relevant and recent experience to help navigate today's rapidly changing market.

Marketing Manager With over 25 years of automotive experience, Tiffany's tenure at The Niello Company has equipped her with a unique perspective on both the art and science of automotive marketing in the ever-evolving landscape of this industry. Building website content for NielloGO and crafting campaign strategies that not only showcase vehicles but also capture the essence of the brand and The Niello Company is what Tiffany is most passionate about. When she's not in the office, she loves hosting dinner parties with her husband Charlie and game nights with their two children, family and friends. Tiffany will be celebrating her 26th anniversary with The Niello Company in June 2025.
